Packet from Mutual of Omaha, which we received on 1/12/2009. If valid, why
hadn’t Sylvia Hamilton or the CPA Danny Davila shared the 2004 DPOA, and Mutual
of Omaha annuities early release demand letter that he wrote, with Alan
Hamilton, the new Executor/Trustee of the Hamilton Estate-Trust? We first met
with Danny Davila on Sept 10, 2008 about the embezzlement and yet, 1/12/2009 was
the first time we saw any of these documents-coming from Mutual of Omaha, after
an inquiry letter about the status of the annuities.
